One on one sessions
Equine Assisted Therapy
Time in the paddock with the horses, which may include grooming and leading a horse.Â
Sessions run for 60 minutes and may include art therapy, meditation or drumming as well as horse time.
Please wear closed in shoes/boots, hat and sun smart clothing and bring a water bottle.

Expressive Arts Therapy
These sessions run for 60 minutes.
They may include exploring with various art materials, drumming, sand tray and meditation.
They will be held in the Therapy hut or out in nature in the shady horse paddock.
You will need to wear closed in shoes and bring a hat.

One on one sessions
Counselling
I understand that not everyone feels comfortable being with horses, or making art, so I also offer either Telehealth/in-room or outside in nature counselling sessions,
Telehealth session available online or via phone.
The cost per 60 minute session is $110.
