Service Description
On the second Sunday of the month through the summer you are invited to take two hours just for you and join us for a soul nourishing early morning session, a place of peace and serenity where the distractions fade and allow you to discover your own inner stillness.. In the quiet rhythm of the paddock, surrounded by trees, birds and the steady breath and grounded energy of our horses, this is a small intimate group inviting you to soften, explore mindfulness and reconnect with nature.

Cancellation Policy
For retreat cancellations, please contact me 3 days in advance to avoid being charged full fee. An admin charge of 10% will be deducted from refund. For individual sessions a 100% cancellation fee is applicable for cancellations within 24 hours of the booking.
