Walking the Labyrinth-
Finding balance in nature
Thursday October 14th
9.30-12pm

"The point of a maze is to find its centre. The point of a labyrinth is to find your centre." Unknown source

Throughout very different ages, cultures and spiritual traditions labyrinths have been used as a way to enter into a contemplative state where the mind is at peace and the body is simply present. Travelling through a labyrinth can help us learn how to live one day, one hour, one minute at a time.

Join us for a morning of meditation and exploration, bring a question or something you need to find clarity on.

When walking the labyrinth you will be asked to open your senses and focus on the process of taking slow and deliberate steps. Bring to mind a prayer or question to contemplate during the walk to the centre. With support from the group, through the creation and walking of the labyrinth you may find solutions or peace with a situation.

We will be out in nature in shared space with the horses, who will also be there to support and acknowledge your journey.

Cost is $75, morning tea provided.

Please bring an offering from nature.
